From ancient culture family, respecting the organic, born a happy cuvee from native grapes "Pecorino", "Passerina", "Biancame" e "Malvasia".
Light pale straw yellow colour according to the olfactory analysis it is scentend with notes of ripe pome, yellow plum, litchi and passion fruit followed by sweet floral notes.
Fresh to the taste and softness, gratifying flavour.
This wine offers sensations of a full body a good structure, pleasant, well balanced.
GOES WELL WITH
Stimulants aperitifs and seafood appetizers, white sea sauce rice, boiled fish with mayonnaise, perfect in fashion gastronomy like sushi and sashimi.
