Refinement: in big oak barrels for 18 months, in bottle for further 36 months, in temperature and humidity controlled environment

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
From ancient culture family, respecting the organic, born a happy cuvče from native grapes "Sangiovese" and "Montepulciano" mixed to international "Cabernet Sauvignon" and "Merlot".
Ruby-red colour, intense, thick. Its scents are persistent and intense, sensation which recall small red fruits from the wood and wilted violets followed by sweet spices and locust bean.
Good volume and consistency on the palate, its tannis are neither dry but silky and soft. It is full bodied, well structured and elegant.

GOES WELL WITH
Pasta with meat sauce, "amatriciana", "lasagne", red and game meat, aged cheeses
